Please note - while we will do our best to place volunteers into their desired roles, this will not always be possible. Life Kids Club is a huge event with over 150 volunteers required in a whole range of roles - therefore sometimes the needs of the ministry will need to be prioritised.  Group leaders are encouraged to lead in a group that does not have their own child in it.

Note: Saturday Set Up Day is held Saturday 6th July from 2pm.  Please tick what areas you are able to help in and indicate below what times you are available.

• Group Leaders/Helpers remain with a set group of children for the duration - your role will include preparation of small group bible discussion, leading your group between activities and building relationships. 
• Games, craft and cooking activity helpers will remain on the one activity for the duration and be responsible for explaining the activity and child direction/helping. 
• Music, Drama, Tech team are involved in delivering stage time - it is possible to do both stage time and a role of group leader, games, craft, or cooking. Drama Audition Script HERE.
• Little Quhackker's runs from 8am-1:30pm to cater for leaders with children under 5 years of age.

This year, we will run a 'Sunday Funday' at Quakers Hill and Marsden Park integrating the excitement of Kids Club into our Sunday Service.  Please indicate below which location and what items you can help out with.

Note: All helpers are expected to attend this service at their home church.

Please be advised that you may be required to attend all or some of the following, depending on your role.  We will clarify once your role has been confirmed but please be aware you may be required to: 

1. Be up-to-date with your Safe Ministry Requirements, or commit to completing them.
2. Attend the Team Training Day on Monday 8th July
3. Be at QuHACKK from 8am to 2pm from Tuesday 9th July Friday 12th July.
4. Join in the 'Pizza Pack Down Party' at the conclusion of QuHACKK on Friday 12th. 
5. Attend the Sunday Kids Club Funday - Sunday 14th July.
6. Notify the Director ASAP if you are sick or unable to attend on any given day.

The approval of your application is entirely at the discretion of Life Anglican Church.

We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the success of your application. We will also attempt to keep you up to date through the process of assigning the various roles, as we seek to balance overall needs with individuals desires.
