Bread of Life // Community Pantry
But God will never forget the needy;
the hope of the afflicted will never perish.
Bread of Life began during the pandemic as a way to provide for the community in a time of great need. Having now grown significantly, Bread of Life provides fresh meat, bread and produce to 40+ families every week free of charge.
By partnering with local businesses to collect groceries that would otherwise go to waste we open up our church building as a drop-in community pantry.
Time + Location
Bread of Life runs every Wednesday evening – doors open at 8:15 pm. We do employ a ticketing system, but the best things go quick; so it’s first come, first served.
If you’ve never been before we recommend getting here closer to 8 as the queues begin to form – one of our lovely volunteers can show you where to go
Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
